Refund policy

 

We ensure every TR Couture piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
However, in case of any issue:

• Return: Accepted only if the dress is damaged upon delivery.
  
  

• Exchange: Allowed within 14 days, provided the dress is unworn and the tags are intact.
  
  

• Shipping: Customers may need to bear the cost of return/exchange shipping.
  
  

Refund: Can take up to 30–45 days to process after item inspection.
